Our contract is for a minimum of a one (1) year term with a $100.00 termination fee. To guarantee the return of our radio equipment, we require a pre-authorized copy of your credit card for $200.00, which will only be processed if our equipment is not safely returned, or is returned damaged, as determined by ShockWare. If you have been a current subscriber to ShockWare Internet for over two years, and are in good standing, this $200.00 guarantee may be waived.
